While NIKKI was updating the connection from NIKKI Connect App to NIKKI wearable was broken. This can be from a number of different reasons including incoming phone calls, screensaver turned on, WIFI signal interrupted, walking too far away from the NIKKI wearable, having bluetooth not enabled and not having NIKKI on charger while updating.
To correct this, Find and connect to your NIKKI wearable via the NIKKI Connect app
This will program and update your Frequency sets

This happens sometimes when your NIKKI reboots during an upgrade.
To fix this:
Tap on your NIKKI and it will update with your Frequency sets.
Once you enter your activation code the white activation screen takes a few moments to update. It pauses and removes the code. We just need to give NIKKI and NIKKI Connect time to communicate with each other. If you close the app and reconnect your NIKKI will start to update with your Platinum Frequency Sets.
