Your Body’s Electrical Language
In this episode of Bioenergetics Beat, Heather Gray sits down with Dr. Sean Altman to discuss the concept of the body’s “electrical language” and how bioelectrical communication is being explored in wellness conversations today.
Dr. Altman shares the personal experiences that led him into this work, including a history of concussions, chronic pain, migraines, vertigo, and nervous system challenges. Those experiences led him to explore broader functional and integrative perspectives on health and wellness.
Together, Heather and Dr. Altman discuss resonant frequencies, frequency-specific modulation, and the connection between nervous system regulation, stress, trauma, and overall wellness. For listeners new to the topic, this episode offers a simple introduction to why bioelectrical perspectives are gaining attention.
In This Episode, We Discuss:
- The idea of the body’s “electrical language”
- Dr. Sean Altman’s path into this work
- Bioelectrical communication and nervous system regulation
- Resonant frequencies and frequency-specific modulation
- Why these ideas are gaining interest in wellness conversations
