Return Policy & Shipment

What is the Return Policy for the WAVE 1 device?

WAVE 1 return policy is 30 days from the date of your delivery. If you decide to not continue with WAVE 1 and the Lyme Frequency Support Program within this period, please contact us at help@fremedica.com to initiate this immediate request. Our team will arrange the full return of your WAVE 1, minus shipping and handling costs.  

Once your return is received by FREmedica and the product is assessed, you will be notified by email outlining details of the assessment. Your return is to include your WAVE 1 and the charging block only.  *If your device is damaged or unusable, additional costs may apply* 

FREmedica™ Technologies Inc. (FREmedica™’s) Refunds/Return policy is the same company-wide, including the terms for Refunds/Returns with referral affiliates.

Return Shipping

To return your device consistent with the return policy terms above, you must initiate the process by contacting us at help@fremedica.com and we will review and take steps to authorize the return, including a return shipping label.

For all other device returns, outbound shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the sending party.
