Cynthia Thurlow is a is a globally recognized expert in intermittent fasting and nutritional health. As a kind of “Gut Guru,” she is internationally in demand as a speaker with over 10 million views of her second TEDx talk. Cynthia has been featured as a guest on ABC, FOX5, KTLA, CW, and The Megyn Kelly Show. Yahoo Finance listed her as one of the “21 Founders Changing the Way We Do Business” and Business Insider called her Everyday Wellness podcast one of “21 Podcasts To Expand Your Mind in 2021.” As a best-selling author, she offers simple approaches to better health and wellness. 

Cynthia’s particular focus in on telling women not to succumb to traditional notions of aging. She describes the benefits of taking simple and daily steps to ensure proper and healthy intake of nutrients together with regular release of toxins. Her empowering message is that every aging-related concern from weight gain to skin changes and mood swings can be offset by a commitment to a few simple dietary routines.
